Philadelphia's Mazzoni Center is a complete healthcare provider serving the LGBT community. They offer full services as a health-care provider as well as information and resources for those dealing with HIV, counseling and mental health services, and legal advice and support. Mazzoni Center operates on a model which allows them to provide these services to those of low income, and volunteers from the center run and maintain a full STI testing facility off-site in Philadelphia's Gayborhood. www.mazzonicenter.org
